Return Policy for Mosquito Direct Purchases:
Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt for unused products bought directly from Mosquito.
Mosquito’s happy to take any product back within 30 days from date of shipment as long as it’s in its original condition and a current offering from our catalog. Private labels are not available for return.
Items must meet the following criteria:
- Shipped & invoiced within the last 60 days.
- Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- No additional markings except those applied by the factory.
- All original components and accessories included.
- Current offering from catalog.
- Contact Mosquito Customer Service before returning any product.
- Returned products are inspected for condition and contents.
Failure to meet criteria results in no credit.

- All work must be authorized, or your warranty may not be accepted.
- RMA numbers must be assigned for any work, prior to any action being taken. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Miscellaneous
Carbon Brushes must be changed when needed, not part of the warranty as it’s a wear item. Wear is not covered for any parts. Non-use of cloth and paper bag voids the motor warranty as particles super-heat the motor. Dust inside the vacuum body, motor, motor HEPA filter, the motor cavity is a sign of not using the both bag filters voiding this warranty.

- Occasionally Mosquito will want the product back for testing/evaluation.
- Mosquito builds all its products in Huntington Beach, California.
- Any product failure is of great importance & corrective action is taken immediately when a product deficiency is found.
