Warranty Work Protocol:
A. Authorization Requirement: All warranty work must receive prior authorization; otherwise, your warranty claim will not be accepted.
B. RMA Assignment Mandate: Prior to initiating any action, RMA numbers must be assigned for all warranty work. No exceptions will be made to this procedural requirement. To receive an RMA number please fill out the PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM.

Mandatory Photo Submission for Claims Processing:
Mosquito requires the submission of photos to facilitate the claims process. This is a mandatory step as many claims can be efficiently resolved with the aid of visual documentation. It is essential to note that without the submission of photos, your claim cannot be accepted.
While photos often suffice for issue resolution, there may be instances where Mosquito deems it necessary to conduct further testing or evaluation.

Cloth Bag Usage: Nonuse of the provided cloth synthetic bag will void the motor warranty. This is because particles can accumulate and lead to overheating of the motor.
3 Ply Synthetic Bag Requirement: The warranty is contingent on using the 3 ply synthetic provided. Dust inside the vacuum body, motor, motor Hepa filter, or motor cavity indicates noncompliance with this requirement, resulting in warranty voidance.
Lifetime Warranty for Rotationally Molded Components:
Mosquito Super Vac is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on the rotationally molded components of this product to the original purchaser.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to products that have been improperly used, abused, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
