1. Contact our team. Email customerservice@mosquito-america.com with a brief description of the issue.
2. Provide supporting information. Include photos of your machine’s serial number, along with photos and videos clearly showing the defect or issue you are experiencing.
3. Technician assessment. Our technicians will review the information provided to evaluate the issue. Occasionally, we may schedule a video call with you to troubleshoot or better assess your machine.
4. Next steps. Our Customer Care team will follow up with their assessment and instructions for how to proceed.

Please contact our team before attempting any repairs so we can properly assess the issue and guide you through the appropriate next steps. Unauthorized repairs may affect your warranty coverage.

Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product. 

• Lifetime warranty on the body, lid and rocker switch.
• 7-year warranty on the motor and pig tail. 

Note: Improper or nonuse of disposable bag filters voids motor warranty. Wear and tear items such as the shoulder and waistbelt and extension cord are not eligible for replacement under warranty.
